TDM offers the following in Tooling:

HOW ARE DIE CASTINGS PRODUCED

  • - A Polystyrene pattern is selected.
  • - The pattern is handled with care and packed in sand.
  • - The Polystyrene pattern is removed from the mold.
  • - Using 'Direct Pour Method' the casting is poured.
  • - The casting is then pulled, cleaned, weighed and recorded.

OUR PROCESS

TDM capabilities with over 30 years of expertise in manufacturing and rapid protoype tooling provide unique insights and ability to deliver exceptional customer solutions exceeding customer expectations. Our Foundry is capable of daily pours up to 60,000 lb. TDM's capabilities in pouring small castings up to bodyside castings, sizes up to 160"L x 32"H X 94"W. From patterns to a complete set of castings within a short time frame. Our approach to Tooling is as effective as it is simple. Our on-site experienced engineers can refine this process using their knowledge and skills to fine tune and perfect tool designs.
