Inclusion - Diversity - Equity - Access

We have various employee-led resource groups at TDM, some of these groups are our Military Veterans Group, Wellness Community, Women of TDM, and our IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access) committee. These groups were started as a way for our team members to come together. Whether it is to provide education and engagement or to establish a community of team members with shared experiences. It is crucial that our team members feel a sense of belonging at TDM. Through our hiring, onboarding and development, we strive to create an inclusive and equitable workplace environment and bring talented people from diverse backgrounds together.


Our employee’s wellness is important to us. Our employee-led Wellness Community promotes wellness initiatives for TDM employees to improve and combat different aspects of wellness in their life.


Women at TDM is one of our groups created to establish community among women in the company. This group organizes various events and team building activities for the women of TDM and allies to attend.
