Q: Tell us about your journey at TDM?
A: I serve as the Press Room Manager, and I’ve been part of this incredible team for 33 years. My daily focus is on ‘Manufacturing Process’.
Q: What is your team’s “big goal” right now?
A: We are currently focused on High quality products. It’s all about High quality, Efficiency and Customer satisfaction. This matters to our business because without satisfied customers, you have no business.
Q: What does it take to do what you do?
A: You need a mix of Experience and Problem solving. The most challenging part is working with an elite skilled workforce to get High quality products in tight time frames, but that’s also what makes it rewarding.
Q: How does teamwork play a role in your success?
A: We don’t work in silos. We collaborate closely with highly skilled people in different fields of the business. We succeed because we know what teams put together to solve multiple different problems.
We have teams that have worked together for many years and know all of each other’s skill sets.
This helps us group the right people together to solve certain problems. There is not a problem that we don’t resolve which helps our customers.
