Todd Jaranowski
Todd Jaranowski’s career at Ford spans more than 35 years. He joined Ford in 1986 at Chicago Stamping and has held various positions in Manufacturing & Engineering. Mr. Jaranowski has been TDM President and Board Member since 2019 and responsible for overseeing all of TDM’s business units and growing the business revenues to over $750M since joining the company. In his free time Todd & his wife enjoy spending time with their 4 daughters and 4 grandchildren.

Chris Skaggs
Chris was previously F150 Lightning Planning and Implementation Manager at Ford. Prior to that he has held multiple roles in Manufacturing including Final Area Manager. Paint Area Manager, and Facility Maintenance Manager at 11 different plants. Chris is a professional Mechanical Engineer and holds a six-sigma black belt.

Kevin Grzebyk
Kevin leads a diverse and talented group of Program Management professionals supporting all TDM activities in prototype sheet metal and low volume production stamping. Kevin has been a dedicated part of the TDM team for 24 years and continues to enjoy the interactive teamwork required to successfully plan and execute a complex prototype program. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Michigan Dearborn and has maintained his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from 2005.

Scot has a BBA Dual Major in Accounting & Finance from the University of Michigan; MBA in Finance from Wayne State University. 27+ Years Corporate Finance experience with Ford in a wide range of areas.

Lee Murray
As our Director of Manufacturing and IT, Lee leads a team that is quite diverse, and his motivation comes from the success of the net challenge. Lee enjoys the constant evolution of design, technology, and opportunity to make a difference in our niche. He believes our people are the heart and soul of everything we do. Lee has been in the automotive industry for 30 years, 22 of those years were at TDM in Design & Engineering.

Robert Kendall
Rob leads our facilities operation. He brings 25 years of Stamping, Assembly and Launch experience from Ford Motor Company to TDM. Rob enjoys the challenge of launching new production processes with lean manufacturing principles. Rob Holds a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and an MBA from Baker College

Chris Hunt
Chris leads all types of design, engineering, prototype & engineering development projects. Chris is eager to be a part of the industry’s transition, from fossil fuel vehicles to electric, self-driving to autonomous, and new advance material development. He loves everything about his job and holds eleven approved patents and holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with a Major in Computer Aided Design from Central Michigan University.

Chris is motivated to help our organization compete with the best automotive suppliers in the world. He enjoys working in an industry which plays such a critical role in many people’s lives and is passionate about supporting a talented and dedicated team of craftspeople. He holds an M.S. in Engineering Management-Lean Manufacturing from Eastern Michigan University.

Paul Cook
Paul started with Ford in 1997 and was most recently the Material Planning & Logistics (MP&L) Manager at Dearborn Truck Plant (DTP). Prior to DTP, Paul worked at the Van Dyke Powertrain Plant and the Rawsonville Components Plant so he has broad experience across multiple types of plants.

Bill Anglin
Bill leads our Stamping Engineering Department; he has worked in every aspect of stamping engineering at TDM and with Ford. Bill enjoys staying current with latest ever-changing technology and solving stamping engineering product and process feasibility issues that many engineers believe are unsolvable without major design changes. His favorite part of the job is working with suppliers and team members globally.

Matthew Campau
Matt brings over 29 years of experience at TDM in various design, engineering, and manufacturing groups to his role. Matt enjoys working with cross-functional teams within the organization to generate creative solutions to the ever-evolving challenges that exist in prototype and production manufacturing. As Director of Program Management, Matt leads a highly motivated and capable team of program management professionals supporting TDM’s manufacturing activities.

James has been a dedicated part of the TDM team for 22 years. James has roughly 35 years of experience in the automotive industry, many of those years have been the quality side.
